Translation process started

Hi there

I just started with the translation process , since the survey didn't have any negative responses.
Please be aware that there may be some German words left, i'll try to get everything as clean as possible.
If you find anything incorrect, like missing translations or features that aren't working, feel free to contact me via PM.

There's a new category called "SMALLTALK" - Use this section for GERMAN ONLY - threads. I have set up a prefix called [GERMAN], wich is required for this section.
So if you don't like to talk in English, simply post in German using the "SMALLTALK" section with prefix.
